Body 2 Soul Fitness runs several classes per week for the Maylands, Mt Lawley and Bayswater areas, in conjunction with the Living Longer Loving Stronger Program supported by COTA WA (Council on the Aging).
Did you know that you are never too old to start a strength training program that can prevent and/or relieve the symptoms of a wide range of health conditions such as sarcopenia, osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension and diabetes?
We currently run a circuit style class aimed at providing health and vitality for over people over 55. All of our participants receive an appraisal prior to joining the groups which ensures we are able to provide the best training for you.
All instructors are fully qualified and carry a Living Longer Living Stronger accreditation which allows them to run LLLS sessions. They will encourage and support you while instructing you on correct technique, posture alignment and safety.
Sessions are available at low cost and are held in an atmosphere that is fun, enjoyable and welcoming.
Many of our participants find it a great way to meet new people.
